The Real Problem

You earned the certification.
Now you need to be found.

The attorneys, adjusters, and judges who hire appraisers and umpires Google candidates before they call anyone. What they find — or don't — determines who gets the work.

Invisible to the people who hire you

Attorneys searching for an umpire, adjusters vetting a potential appraiser, judges reviewing court appointment candidates — they all search online first. A PDF CV emailed around is invisible to Google.

“Ask Google and you’ll hear the same names over and over” — the professionals with a web presence.

Your CV doesn’t tell the full story

Judges have been known to appoint umpires they recognize as credible — sometimes without even soliciting nominations. A documented case history and verified certifications build that recognition before you’re ever in the room.

One candidate’s win: 1,700 appraisals + 3,500+ umpire engagements documented on his resume.

Credentials expire while you’re busy working

IAUA requires recertification every 3 years. P.L.A.N. requires background checks, ethics agreements, and active membership. Miss a deadline and you drop off the directory — the only place many clients look.

LossHQ sends you reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before any credential expires.

Courts evaluate your qualifications in writing

When a judge must appoint an umpire, both sides submit candidate CVs and qualifications. The winning candidate was selected because his certifications, case history, and impartiality were clearly documented — not just verbally claimed.

IAUA, WIND, and P.L.A.N. certification was specifically cited as a selection factor by the court.

Building a website is not your job

You became an appraiser or umpire because of your expertise in property loss — not web design, hosting, SEO, or software. DIY website builders take hours, look generic, and go stale fast.

LossHQ is live in 10 minutes. We handle hosting, updates, SEO, and security.

Your case history is your best marketing — but it’s stuck in your head

Experienced professionals carry their track record in memory or scattered spreadsheets. A structured, growing case log is a powerful trust signal that most appraisers have no way to display.

P.L.A.N. Professional Umpire designation requires documenting 75+ umpire cases with dates and locations.

Platform Features

Everything a certified professional needs

Purpose-built for the appraisal industry — not adapted from a generic website template.

Your own professional website

A credential-forward public profile at your own URL. Hero section, bio, certifications, case history stats, coverage map, and contact form — all in a consistent, authoritative template.

Credential tracker & badge display

Add every certification, license, E&O policy, and background check. Active credentials show as verified badges on your public site. Expired credentials trigger automated renewal reminders.

Case history log

Track every appraisal and umpire engagement privately. Choose what aggregate stats to display publicly: total cases, states served, claim types. Exportable for certification applications.

Automated credential alerts

Email reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before any credential expires. Dashboard banner alerts for approaching deadlines. Never lose directory standing due to a missed renewal date.

Monthly analytics reports

A clean email every month showing who visited your site, where they came from, what they looked at, and how many clicked to contact you. Privacy-first analytics — no Google, no cookies.

Privacy First

Platform-wide directory

All subscribers appear in a searchable directory filterable by state, role, certification, and specialty. Attorneys and adjusters use the directory to find and vet candidates — this is where new business comes from.

MFA Included

SEO built in

Every profile page is structured for search engines with proper schema markup, local SEO signals, and keyword-rich credential pages. When someone Googles "certified insurance umpire [your state]" — you show up.

No. We use Umami, a 100% open-source, privacy-first analytics system. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not share information with Google or any third party. Your visitors’ privacy is protected and no cookie consent banner is required on your public site.
Your certifications are displayed as self-reported by default, and you can upload your actual certificate documents to each credential entry. We are exploring verification partnerships with P.L.A.N., IAUA, and WIND Network — subscribers who want to be listed as “platform-verified” will be the first to know when this launches.
